Dear Plague Rats,

What does it mean when you never sleep but when you finally get a few hours in between editing and redrafting, you have a dream that you are riding your ex-boyfriend's gray-seated unicycle (which he never had, btw) through a shopping mall and Janice Dickinson comes up behind you and tells you that you have a great walk? Nevermind...I don't want to know.

In other news:

Me + street + random wire hanger in street = boot in unseen wire hanger + other boot stepping on wire hanger while first boot is inside it = face plant in the middle of the road in the midst of oncoming traffic = bloody everything and can't walk properly and bones jolted and body shocked and all muscles sore and head all wonky = NO WIRE HANGERS! Ouch. That's what I get for leaving the Asylum. I'm back safely in my cell now with alcohol...

In more other news:

Me, in concert, on Christmas day, with the Plague Rats:

<strong><a href="http://www.emilieautumn.com/posts/EAChemitz1.jpg" target="_blank">Example 1</a></strong>

<strong><a href="http://www.emilieautumn.com/posts/EAChemitz4.jpg" target="_blank">Example 2</a></strong>

<strong><a href="http://www.emilieautumn.com/posts/EAChemitz3.jpg" target="_blank">Example 3</a></strong>

<strong><a href="http://www.emilieautumn.com/posts/EAChemnitz5.jpg" target="_blank">Example 4</a></strong>

Zac Posen, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in NY, February 7th:

<strong><a href="http://www.emilieautumn.com/posts/ZacPosenMouse1.jpg" target="_blank">Example 1</a></strong>

<strong><a href="http://www.emilieautumn.com/posts/ZacPosenMouse2.jpg" target="_blank">Example 2</a></strong>

Can anyone say "<em>copymouse</em>"? You decide...

From the Asylum,
EA

ps, I'm not sure who took the lovely pics of the show above, or else I would credit you, terribly sorry...

Look at that Dear Emilie! You've struck a chord in the impossible world of high fashion. And the impetuousness of that wire hanger. Tisk tisk.

...not to mention that those buggery instruments ruin thin articles of clothing by stretching out the shoulders into teeny little points that one can NEVER GET RID OF...!

I mean....let's all start using drawers instead!

Though rat ears only look good on a select few...most especially when they look like rat ears, and not giant puffs of black fluff.

Goodness me, EA! You've broken my writer's block! Back to my Shakespearian torment!

Bloody right, however, when you're starting out in your faerie wing making adventures, they do come in handy...

Happy to be of service, though that's not the only thing that's broken...my knee isn't looking too good...

As always, you look quite elegant.

And yeah.. The Janice Dickenson agency could NEVER do you or the Plague Rats justice.
